Lead Times
At Ars Novum Manufacturing, we prioritize efficient production and timely delivery. Our lead times vary depending on several factors, including material selection, print size, and the complexity of the production process. Below is an overview of our typical lead times:
For standard materials like ASA and PETG, we maintain stock and begin processing immediately after invoice approval, which ensures a quick turnaround. Specialized materials are subject to supplier availability, and their lead times typically start at a minimum of 3 days, depending on material specifications and external supply chain factors.
In terms of production, small prints (about the size of a palm) are typically available in quantities of dozens within 2–3 business days. Medium-sized prints (approximately arm-sized) generally require 2–3 business weeks for production and delivery, also in quantities of dozens. Large prints—due to their complexity and need for additional assembly and post-processing—require approximately 1 week per unit.
For clients needing a quicker turnaround, we offer expediting options at an additional cost. Please reach out to inquire about specific needs, and we will work with you to accommodate faster delivery when possible.
Adaptive Manufacturing
At Ars Novum Manufacturing, we understand that flexibility is key in the product development process. Our adaptive manufacturing approach allows you to easily modify and update your part with each production batch, ensuring that your product evolves alongside your needs. Whether it's making design improvements, adjusting sizes, or incorporating new features, we can accommodate changes swiftly without disrupting your production timeline.
Material costs may fluctuate based on the modifications made to each batch. This ensures that the pricing reflects the changes in materials, whether you're using standard or specialized options. Additionally, if you're utilizing our design team for modifications, labor costs will be incorporated into the adjusted pricing. We work closely with you to ensure transparency in pricing and provide the flexibility to adjust as your project evolves.
Material Freedom
At Ars Novum Manufacturing, we offer a wide selection of materials to meet the unique needs of your project. Whether you're looking for strength, flexibility, durability, heat resistance, or specialized properties, we provide a range of options to ensure your part is tailored for its intended use. From standard thermoplastics like ASA, and PETG to more specialized materials, our selection allows you to choose the right fit for any project requirement.
We understand that selecting the right material can be challenging, so we provide an Informed Material Selection Page to guide you through the decision-making process. This resource allows you to explore materials based on specific criteria such as strength, flexibility, durability, heat resistance, and more. It’s designed to help you make the most informed choice based on your project's demands.
