PETG-ESD Overview
PETG-ESD is a specialized polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) formulation designed to offer electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties while maintaining the inherent strengths of PETG. It strikes an excellent balance between durability, dimensional stability, and ease of printing. PETG-ESD is ideal for applications where static buildup must be minimized, such as electronic component handling, packaging, and enclosures. Its low shrinkage and warping tendencies make it a reliable choice for consistent, high-quality parts with crisp details.

Why Choose PETG-ESD?
Electrostatic Discharge Protection
By incorporating ESD-safe additives, PETG-ESD reduces the risk of electrostatic buildup and discharge, helping protect sensitive electronics from damage.Toughness & Durability
Similar to standard PETG, PETG-ESD exhibits robust mechanical properties and impact resistance, making it suitable for both prototypes and end-use parts.Consistent Dimensional Accuracy
With minimal warping and shrinkage, PETG-ESD parts are more likely to meet tight tolerances and maintain their intended shape, even in demanding environments.Chemical & Temperature Resistance
PETG-ESD’s resistance to various chemicals and moderate heat tolerance makes it well-suited for applications that require performance under stress or exposure to certain industrial environments.User-Friendly Printability
PETG-ESD prints similarly to standard PETG, allowing for relatively straightforward print settings while providing reliable layer adhesion, resulting in high-quality finished parts.
