What We Do
Ars Novum Manufacturing is Hawaii’s largest commercial 3D printing facility. Based in Ewa Beach, we specialize in fast, flexible production using advanced additive manufacturing technologies.
Our 3D printing capabilities allow us to create complex, customized parts without the need for molds or tooling. This means faster turnaround, less waste, and the freedom to produce detailed geometries that traditional methods can’t match.
We also offer CAD, 3D modeling, and 3D scanning services for part replication and upgrades. If you have a broken or outdated part from equipment that’s no longer in production, we can reverse-engineer and reproduce it. We can also modernize existing parts to improve function and compatibility.
We work with a range of industrial-grade materials, including ASA, ABS, PETG, PP, TPU, and fiber-reinforced composites. Our shop is optimized for small to mid-sized production, and for larger or highly specialized jobs, we can coordinate with trusted partners to deliver complete solutions.
At Ars Novum, we help you move from problem to product—quickly, efficiently, and without compromise.
Quality Assurance
We are a certified SDVOSB actively pursuing ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certification. We follow ASTM standards and provide material certifications, traceability reports, and production documentation
Design & Manufacturing Services
Capture precise digital replicas of existing objects for reverse engineering and design refinement. High-resolution scans seamlessly integrate into the 3D printing process, ensuring accurate reproduction.
Convert ideas or scanned data into precise 3D models, optimized for additive manufacturing. This process ensures your designs are fully 3D printer-ready for seamless and efficient production.
Quickly create functional prototypes using advanced 3D printing technologies. Validate and iterate designs with speed and precision.
Scale your production efficiently with additive manufacturing. From small-batch to full production runs, achieve consistent, high-quality parts.
Prototyping & Manufacturing Capabilities
FDM 3D printing makes it simple and cost-effective to create durable, functional parts—at any stage of your project.
